Mobilise RC rig 2 to the Blackwater program
You are the senior driller's offsider on RC rig 2.
What has happened
Work order WO-2026-121 is a 24 hole reverse circulation drilling program for Blackwater Exploration Group starting 14 September 2026. RC rig 2, the support truck, rods, bits, drilling consumables and the sample equipment must be loaded, restrained and moved from the Toowoomba depot to the tenement, and the first pad set up to the client's site rules. The rod handler pads on RC2 were replaced after a rod slipped and landed near the offsider on 2 September. The Drilling Supervisor wants the mobilisation checklist, the site set-up plan and the load restraint plan by Thursday, and every crew member's authorisations confirmed before departure.

Evidence guide
Look for a restraint plan that matches the loads, a set-up plan with an exclusion zone during rod tripping that reflects the 2 September near miss, environmental controls for cuttings and fuel, and authorisations actually checked against the matrix rather than assumed. The journey management and fatigue controls for the drive must be present.
