Plans and supervises exploration, geotechnical and water bore programs for client sites, licensed water bore driller, six years with the company.
Cal Nguyen
Manages civil crews and projects from the Toowoomba depot, a civil engineer who joined in 2018 and is responsible for service location and traffic management.
Deb Marchetti
Heavy diesel fitter by trade who has run the maintenance workshops and the isolation and permit system across the sites for nine years.
Ngaire Thompson
Owns the safety management system, investigations, training matrix and environmental monitoring, and joined Deepridge in 2020 from a regulator background.
Joel Kaminski
Licensed shotfirer who leads the blast crew at both the quarry and the open cut, twelve years in drill and blast and responsible for the magazine.
Sione Tuilagi
Operates rigid haul trucks on B crew at the open cut, elected safety and health representative for the crew, four years with Deepridge.
Ellie Brandt
Works on the reverse circulation and water bore rigs, handles rods, fluids and site set-up, and is in their second year with the drilling crews.
